I recently earned my Master’s in Art Therapy from NYU, where I focused on sensory-based approaches to emotional regulation. I believe art can be a powerful way to process and express emotions—especially when words aren’t enough.

My work is rooted in trauma-informed and neurodiversity-affirming care, and I’m passionate about creating a space where people feel safe, curious, and connected to themselves. I love working with individuals navigating emotional regulation, identity exploration, trauma, and late diagnoses like BPD, ADHD, and autism. Starting this journey can feel overwhelming, so my goal is to offer collaborative, creative, and judgment-free support.

Outside of the therapy room, my background spans painting, drawing, fiber art (crochet and weaving), sculpture, printmaking, and woodworking—but no art experience is ever required! I often bring sensory-focused and process-based materials into sessions to help clients discover what feels regulating and meaningful for them.

Whether you’re feeling stuck, burned out, misunderstood, or simply curious about how creativity might support your healing, I’m here to explore it with you.
