For 16 years and counting, I have served others in their journeys through healing. I started my own journey as an adolescent who dove wholeheartedly into creating and using the language of art to communicate with others what often had no words to be communicated. Knowing the power creativity played in my own inner connection and ability to communicate I decided to dedicate my career to helping others find their own expression. In my early career, I found the tremendous healing impact that being a silent, loving witness could have for those recovering from the pain and challenges of trauma.

I learned how to support others in releasing their judgment in order to connect with their joy, love, and pleasure as well as with their pain, anger, and sadness, to digest and integrate the learning from these experiences into their lives. I love working with creative modalities and the body to help others reconnect with these often forgotten ways of communicating with themselves and others. In the therapeutic space, the client is the expert in themselves, and my role is to help create an environment of safety, care, and reflection to help the client to recognize their autonomy and expertise. I offer a variety of modalities, including art, EMDR, somatic practices, and mindfulness practices, and a whole human approach that seeks to understand social, emotional, mental, financial, physical, and spiritual health.
