I am a mental health advocate and entrepreneur with a passion for supporting individuals through their mental health journeys. Since 2017, I have been working in the mental health and human services field, leveraging my undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice to make a positive impact. Throughout my career so far, I have had a natural ability to connect with individuals and provide meaningful support. Over time, I found myself drawn to the administrative and organizational side of mental health services, ultimately leading me to start my own business. When not at work, you can find me at home outside on my patio, watching my daughter play in the backyard!
