As an art therapist with a deep passion for fostering healing and personal growth, I am dedicated to working alongside individuals across the spectrums of gender and sexuality, as well as with neuro-diverse communities. My therapeutic approach is characterized by empathy, collaboration, and humor, rooted in the belief that every person should have the space to name and claim their unique experiences. I firmly believe that everyone deserves to feel at home in their body. In my practice, I create a nurturing and inclusive environment that empowers my clients to gain insight, engage in self-reflection, and facilitate positive change in their lives.
While I am trained as an art therapist, I never impose expectations for clients to create art during our sessions, but the invitation to explore the transformative power of creativity is always extended. Regardless of age, art interventions can be a potent tool for increasing insight, expressing and containing challenging emotions, and regaining a sense of control over aspects of life that may have felt overwhelming. I employ a wide range of art techniques and materials, blending them with various psychological approaches to help individuals improve their quality of life, nurture healthier relationships, cultivate self-acceptance, and simply find joy in the art-making process itself. My commitment is to accompany you on your unique journey toward personal growth, healing, and self-discovery."
