I’m a drama therapist, licensed creative arts therapist and dog mom living in Brooklyn, NY who has been working in NYC’s public hospital system for the past 4 years. My work centers around a few things; 1. Creating a warm, non-judgemental space where we can relate and wade through the mess of life together 2. Accessing our creativity as not only a necessary coping skill but a way to process our emotions and get “unstuck” from unhelpful ways of thinking and acting 3. Finding the fun and the light even when things feel dark.

Creativity has always played a huge role in my own healing journey, so whether it’s music, art, acting, moving our bodies or sitting and talking, I enjoy discovering everyone’s unique language of expression and seeing how we can bring it into the therapy space. In addition to the creative arts I also offer EMDR and mindfulness practices to compliment our work together.
