I am currently an Art Therapy graduate student at Thrive while completing my Master's degree in Art Therapy at New York University. I am passionate about supporting children through creative expression and believe that the process of making art can be deeply healing. In my approach, I strive to create a warm and welcoming space where children can feel safe to explore, express, and grow.
I believe art and play therapy provide children with powerful tools to process emotions, build self-confidence, strengthen social skills, and navigate new experiences. Understanding how challenging these can all be, my hope is to meet each child where they are, honoring their unique story and helping them feel secure in themselves. Through our work together, I aim to foster a sense of confidence, resilience, and self-discovery that they can carry into all areas of their lives.
