Stephanie has a Masters in Arts in Clinical Art Therapy from Long Island University, and a Masters in Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the College of Staten Island. She is a Licensed Creative Arts Therapist and provisionally licensed Mental Health Counselor. Her approach to therapy is a mix of exploring the root cause of how you're feeling, learning the tools to feel better in the moment, and helping to guide you on your healing path for lasting change. KasMoné is a graduate from the School of Visual Arts. She has worked with community-based organizations specializing in youth development for at-risk teens and young adults. KasMoné is committed to helping individuals work through adjustment challenges brought on by pivotal changes throughout child and adolescent development. Her work focuses on identity exploration, social integration, stress management, and frustration tolerance through trauma-informed care. Her approach encompasses ingenuity, empathy, and creativity to help actualize your personal goals. KasMoné will create an environment filled with trust and support to safely explore the therapeutic setting as we work toward self-fulfillment together. Bienvenido, Welcome! My name is Buffy Curtis and I am a Spanish bilingual clinician with over 13 years of experience supporting individuals and families on their journeys towards healing, reconnecting and thriving. My approach includes a variety of techniques including creative expression, somatic work and trauma informed care to help co-create a safe container for us to explore and overcome the challenges you or your family may be facing. I work with individuals and families of all ages on the lifespan, from toddlers to seniors, all are welcome! I am passionate about helping others to relocate the spark of joy and peace in their lives by overcoming challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction and social difficulties to help individuals become the vision of themselves they want to be. Amanda is excited to join Thrive Creative Arts Therapy as a Drama Therapist. She is the co-creator and co-facilitator of the H.E.R.O. Unmasking Workshop, a virtual drama therapy series for healthcare workers on the frontlines of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Mernan graduated with a Bachelor in Arts in Psychology degree from Brooklyn College. She is currently enrolled in the College of Staten Island's Clinical Mental Health Counseling program where she has worked with adults, families and in community mental health care. She aspires to become a clinical psychologist. Mernan is passionate about working in the field of mental health and is excited to be the first contact for you and to help you get started on your mental wellness journey!
